I'm laid up with a twisted ankle. I twisted my ankle on the stairs at the gym just before Thanksgiving and I've been laid up ever since. This really sucks too! No riding at all..... of any kind. The ankle is in the blue, green, purple and yellow stages now. The picture above is just after it happened. I have crutches and a couple more weeks to be on them, le sigh....Stay tuned I'll try to find something entertaining instead of my whining....
