Its that time of year, hotdogs, hamburgers and I don't want to forget the fireworks! Mostly its a time to reflect on this great country we call home The United States of America. I'm so very thankful that I live in such a wonderful place with good people, we are very blessed by God! Im thankful I have my health, family, job and bunches of good friends that I can ride with ! Its wonderful that I have such a place to exercise my passion for riding bikes. Greatest country on the planet!!!!!
I want to thank a friend of mine for turning me onto prolink chainlube. Thanks Brandon! This stuff really works. It doesn't collect anything on the chain. The der pulleys don't gum up with residue either. Shifting is awesome and I have had no problems in the two months I have been using this product. It's so good I have been using it on my Specialized S-works road bike also. The chain stays clean , it's AWESOME. I usually don't get all excited overstuff like this but it does what it says it would.

Last night was the Thursday Night Ride. Turnout was a little down even though we had probably 50 riders. I rode with Rob from the Mtn. bike club almost the entire ride. Nice steady pace nothing strenous but quick. I think I pushed little Mikey 1\4th the way up Buffalo though. He's an 8yr old that rides pretty good for his age. He has an older brother Jared thats pretty dang good for a 10yr old. If he stays with this sport he will be a multiple champion for sure. Well its time to go to big Brad's house and watch some fireworks and drink some newcastle beer...............yum! Tomorrow has maybe an early ride at Warriors and then two family cookouts to fill the day.
Later G............................
