Ditto on AKS comment. Jane's Addiction is great to listen to prior to a cross race or any ride for that matter. Missed you at Knoxiecross. Man what a slop fest!!! Hope you can make some of the remaining ones.
I hope to make it to one or two of them. I'm glad I missed that mudfest though. I sent a msg to Kim on facebook asking how you all did but never got a response, so How did ya do????
Kim came in 2nd on Saturday and 3rd on Sunday. I ran Masters 35+ so I could watch her race. I came in 8th both days. There were 11 guys on Sat. and 9 on Sun. My goal was not to come in dead last so I guess I accomplished that. As you know, there is a big difference in Masters vs. CX4 and man was I whipped come Monday morning. I'm definitely going to have some cardio for next season. Maybe we can do some training together at some point. I been doing weights and core for sometime now, so I believe I'll be good there. Just need to start doing some cardio/endurance training but still keep it fun at the same time. Don't want to get too serious.
