Global warming? don't think so! This morning the local weather man said we tied the record for the longest cold spell for staying under the freezing mark which was previously 7 days. We aren't going to make it to 32 degrees for two more days so I guess we will be setting a new record. The gym @ ETSU is closed today along with all the offices on campus due to the inclement weather we are having here in east Tennessee.All my friends on Facebook were complaining about how sucky the drivers are here in the snow, it gave me a chuckle. Being a former big-rig 18 wheeler driver It makes me chuckle when I hear this. I won't elaborate anymore though. One can only imagine...
No rides still for a couple more days, nor do I want to in these conditions. Making my hands and feet numb just isn't my definition of fun, I feel sorry for the peeps that think they need to ride in these adverse conditions. I am getting a bit more of the cabin fever bug as of late too. Oh alas, the warmer temps are on the way. Then I get to hear us all complain about it's raining too much or dang it's too hot....... we as humans are never content or satisfied are we???? so go our flaws.
